This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased through Sitovex ("Sitovex," "we," "us," or "our"), including website design, subscription plans, scope-based/custom projects, and website transfers. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern.

1. General Policy: All Fees Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to Sitovex are final and non-refundable, regardless of the stage of work, whether the service has been used, or the reason for the refund request. This applies to, without limitation:

• Website design fees

• Subscription payments (monthly or annual)

• Scope-based / custom project fees

• Website transfer fees

By making a payment to Sitovex, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Website Design Fees

Our website design process takes 15 business days once all required materials have been received from you (per our Terms of Service). This fee is non-refundable once work has begun, and remains non-refundable even if:

• You change your mind about the project

• You are dissatisfied with the design direction (revisions are available per Section 3 of our Terms of Service — two rounds are included, with additional rounds billed at $80 each)

• You cancel the project before it is completed

• Delays occur due to your own late or incomplete submission of required materials

3. Subscription Fees

Subscription payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period. If you cancel your subscription:

• Your cancellation follows the 90-day notice requirement described in our Terms of Service.

• You will not receive a refund for any period already billed, including the period covered during your notice window.

• Your subscription and hosting remain active, and billing continues, throughout the 90-day notice period.

4. Scope-Based / Custom Project Fees

Fees for scope-based or custom project work are quoted individually based on your specific requirements and, once paid, are non-refundable — whether payment was made as a deposit, in installments, or in full — regardless of project stage or outcome.

5. Website Transfer Fees

The $100 USD fee to transfer your website to your own hosting is non-refundable once the transfer has been requested and processed, regardless of your experience with your new hosting provider afterward. As stated in our Terms of Service, Sitovex is not responsible for your website's performance once it is transferred to hosting outside of our infrastructure.

6. Billing Errors

The only exception to this policy relates to genuine billing errors on our part — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge that does not match your agreed pricing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at the email below, and we will review and correct any confirmed billing mistake. This is a correction of an error, not a discretionary refund, and does not apply to cases of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or any of the situations described above.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services, including hosting, while the matter is resolved.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
